Data controller

At this waiting list stage, MySocialWorkAI™ acts as the controller of the personal information you submit through the website.

What information we collect

• Name and email address when you join the waiting list or contact us.
• Any information you choose to send in messages or enquiries.
• Basic technical information needed to keep the site secure and working properly, such as logs, browser type and device information.

How we use your information

• To manage the waiting list and send launch, early-access and product updates.
• To reply to enquiries and provide support.
• To improve the website and protect it against misuse or spam.

What we do not do

• We do not sell your personal information.
• We do not share waiting list information with employers, councils, local authorities or third-party advertisers.
• We do not use your waiting list details for unrelated marketing.

Lawful basis

We process your information because it is necessary for our legitimate interests in running and improving MySocialWorkAI™, and because you choose to provide your details for updates about the product.

Storage and security

Waiting List form submissions are collected through Netlify Forms. Netlify states that traffic is encrypted in transit with TLS 1.2 or greater and that data is encrypted at rest with AES-256 or stronger. Netlify also states that it maintains certifications and compliance measures including SOC 2 Type 2, ISO 27001, ISO 27018 and PCI DSS. We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to limit access to personal information and protect it against unauthorised access, loss, misuse or alteration. No online service can promise absolute security, but protecting your information is taken seriously.

Third-party services

We currently use Netlify to host the website and process waiting list form submissions. We may also use trusted providers for email communications, analytics, storage or product operations as MySocialWorkAI™ develops. Those providers only process information as needed to operate the service.

International transfers

Some third-party providers may process or store information outside the UK. Where that happens, we will take reasonable steps to ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for international data transfers.
