Four pillars
Built around how social workers work — not how employers want to track them.
Log activities mapped to SWE Professional Standards. No more November panic. Track hours, upload certificates, generate your revalidation portfolio automatically.
Private, encrypted, yours alone. AI-guided prompts using Gibbs' and Kolb's models. Never shared with your employer. Not ever.
Care Act, Mental Capacity Act, Mental Health Act in plain English. Ask questions and get plain-English guidance with source-linked answers.
Verified social workers only. Anonymous posting available. A safe space to ask, share and support each other — moderated by practitioners.
Built for real practice
Everything below strengthens the core experience — helping social workers track, reflect, prepare, learn and connect in one independent space.
Store certificates, course notes, screenshots and attendance emails in one secure place, ready when revalidation season hits.
Turn logged CPD, reflections and supporting evidence into a clean, structured portfolio you can review and export.
Smart prompts for supervision, safeguarding, MCA, conflict, burnout, difficult visits and other high-pressure practice situations.
Quick plain-English summaries with linked source references so you can find the right legal starting point faster.
Capture wins, risks, dilemmas, patterns and questions before supervision so your sessions feel focused and useful.
A private mood and stress tracker to help you spot burnout patterns early and reflect on how work is affecting you over time.
Reflection templates, CPD logs, supervision notes and learning logs designed for actual social work practice.
Join topic-based spaces for adults, mental health, hospital discharge, safeguarding, AMHP, ASYE/NQSW and more.
Get practical help working out whether reading, webinars, supervision, podcasts, training or lived practice learning counts as CPD.
Stay ahead of revalidation, training expiry dates, learning goals and the admin tasks that usually creep up on you.
Talk instead of type. Capture your thoughts quickly, then let AI turn them into a clearer reflective entry you can refine.
Save legislation, guidance, tools, articles and useful references into your own private practice library.
Set development goals around court confidence, report writing, MCA confidence, supervision leadership and track your progress over time.
Think of it as your personal Social Work PA — helping you stay organised, reflect better, and feel more confident, without handing more control to employers.
Early career support
Purpose-built tools for NQSWs and ASYE workers — helping you track progress, organise evidence, prepare for supervision and build confidence through your first year in practice.
Track development against KSS and key capability areas, monitor confidence levels and see your progress build over time.
Organise reflections, evidence, learning, supervision notes and practice examples into one clear space ready for review.
Guided prompts for first safeguarding concerns, difficult family meetings, managing uncertainty, boundaries, time management, mistakes and supervision.
A simpler guided structure for what went well, what felt difficult, what you are worried about, what support you need and what to ask.
Monthly check-ins on report writing, decision-making, legal literacy, case management, conflict and overall professional confidence.
A gentle dashboard showing whether you are keeping up with reflections, evidence, learning goals and supervision prep.
Practical support on what to expect, what to bring to supervision, what good reflection looks like and how to build evidence without last-minute panic.
A dedicated community area for NQSWs and ASYE workers to share first-year worries, ask anonymous questions and encourage each other.
ASYE can feel exciting, exposing and intense all at once. This gives newly qualified social workers a calmer, more structured way to reflect, prepare and grow.
I got tired of waiting for someone else to fix our problems — so I built something myself. Not for your employer. Not for your council. For you.
The problem is real
Our commitment
We will never sell your data to employers, councils or third parties. We will never build features to monitor or report on you. Full stop.

About the founder
MySocialWorkAI™ was created by Sarah, a qualified social worker in England who qualified 14 years ago and works in frontline practice. It was built from lived day-to-day frustration with fragmented admin, reflective work that gets pushed to the bottom of the list, and the lack of truly independent support designed around the worker.
Many existing tools are built for local authorities and organisations, with the emphasis on workflow, output and compliance. MySocialWorkAI™ is being built differently: one secure place where social workers can stay organised, reflect well, prepare for supervision, keep on top of CPD and feel more confident in practice — without handing more control to employers.
