Founder of MySocialWorkAI™
MySocialWorkAI™ was created by Sarah, a qualified social worker in England who qualified 14 years ago and currently works in a frontline team.
The idea came from a simple frustration: too much of social work life is fragmented. Reflection gets sidelined. CPD gets left until late. Supervision prep becomes another thing to scramble together. Useful guidance sits in too many different places. Independent support designed around the worker is hard to find.
Many of the tools already on the market are built for local authorities, organisations or services that want to maximise social workers’ output. They are often focused on performance, workflows and productivity rather than the values, ethics, judgement and skills that matter in real social work practice.
MySocialWorkAI™ is being built in response to that gap: a worker-first platform designed to support professional confidence, reflective practice and ethical decision-making, not just output.
MySocialWorkAI™ is being built from a different starting point. The aim is to create one secure, independent space where social workers can stay organised, reflect better, prepare for supervision, keep on top of CPD and grow in confidence — without losing sight of what good social work is supposed to be about.
This is not about replacing professional judgement. It is about giving social workers better support around the work that often gets sidelined by time pressure, system pressure and admin demands. It is about helping practitioners protect the quality of their thinking, not just speed up their output.
